Do I need to schedule in advance?

No. Office Hours are designed for same-day support. Students can request help during posted evening hours without scheduling in advance.

Is this live tutoring or message-based help?

Both options are available. Students may receive a written or video explanation, or join a live session depending on the situation and selected session type.

What is included in a session?

Each session includes guided instruction, explanation of the method, and an opportunity for clarification. The focus is on helping students understand and apply the concept independently.

Can I submit a photo of homework or a test question?

Yes. Students can submit a clear photo of a homework problem or Regents-style question. The goal is to help students understand the process, not just provide answers.

How quickly can I get help after requesting?

During office hours (6:00–9:00 PM), responses are typically provided within 15–30 minutes. Live sessions can be started immediately based on availability.
